Shipping Policy
Getting your order to you with speed and accuracy is our top priority. At this time, we are able to deliver domestically within the United States and its territories. Orders placed with a standard shipping method will arrive within 10 business days. Expedited shipping is available.
Once you submit an order, the shipment process begins immediately and we are unable to honor requests for item changes or order cancellations. Once you have received your order, we would be happy to assist you with an exchange or return. Please note, Coco et Dolce is not liable to provide a return shipping label or refund shipping fees. Coco et Dolce cannot assume liability for packages not received due to an incorrect shipping address.

All orders, including Overnight are processed within 2 business days after the order is placed. We offer shipping within the U.S.

CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS
Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE
If you believe that your package was lost or stolen, please contact Customer Service within 5 days of tracking stating it has been delivered. You can contact Customer Service directly by clicking here.
